Pianta di una Fabbrica Sepolcrale fuori da Porta Maggiore accanto a Torre Pignattara Tom. II tav. XXVI. Copper engraving of 1756. Measurement of the plate 34.5 x 23 cm. It shows a sepulcher near Tor Pignattara on the Casilina in Rome. Copy in good condition, with large editorial margins, printed on laid paper with lily watermark in the circle. Extracted from the first Roman edition of the work "Le Antichità Romane". Engraved by Giovanni Battista Piranesi. Draftsman, engraver and architect, born in Morano di Mestre on 4 October 1720, died in Rome on 9 November 1778.
