Virgin with the monkey. Engraving dated between 1500 and 1550. Measurement of the engraved part 18.4 cm x 12. Copy in counterpart of the Madonna with monkey by Albrecht Durer. Great impression, very dark and full of tones. Bibliography: Dodgson 1926 22 (copy) - Meder 1932 30 (copy) - Schoch 2001-04 I.20 (copy) - Bartsch VII.60.42 (copy). Exemplary trimmed to the margin of the illustration, for the rest in good condition, printed on laid paper without watermark.
