Each table measures 69.2 x 96.3 cm (only the engraved part). The prints are all three restored in many places, the margins are rebuilted with coeval paper. Shows the Basilica of Saint Peter seen from the front, side and inside. Prints are dedicated to Pius VI, Benedict Errigo and Leonardo Antonelli. Printed on laid paper with watermark double and a lily. Engraved by Giuseppe Vasi. Painter, draftsman, architect, archaeologist, engraver etching and burin. Born in Corleone (AP) August 28, 1710, died in Rome on April 16 1782.Dopo practicing painting in his country, he came to Rome and was a pupil of Sebastiano Conca, P. L. Ghezzi and Juvara. He gained fame as a skilled engraver and worked for illustrious patrons such as Ferdinand and Charles III of Naples, Benedict XIV. It was an engraver from the court of Naples, and was knighted. His recorded works are immortal. He executed the paintings visible at the Palazzo Farnese and the Palace of Caprarola. Piranesi was his pupil.
