Measurement of the engraved part 34.5 x 21 cm. Show the facade of one of the palaces of the Marquis Riccardi in Florence, more exactly the Palace of Bianca Cappello, wife of Francis I, Grand Duke of Tuscany. Extracted from the opera "Adorned taken from graffiti and ancient paintings existing in Florence." The print is in good condition, some small stain, printed on laid paper without watermark. Engraved by Carlo Lasinio (Treviso, February 10, 1759 - Pisa, March 29, 1838). He worked mainly in Florence. He began his career as a painter at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. He moved to Florence in 1778 and became interested especially the art of engraving. He claimed his reputation with two series of etchings in 1787 and in 1789. Lasinio also taught engraving at the Academy in Florence, and became Professor in 1800. Lasinio moved to Pisa in 1807, acquiring the position of curator at the Cemetery of Pisa. In 1812 he began writing his book of engravings, in which portrayed the frescoes of the Cemetery, which was entitled "Paintings in the cool of the Cemetery of Pisa." Lasinio also founded the Academy of Pisa, where he died.
